  My first and last time was about a month ago. I walked into the salon and said hello. One female stylists spoke there were at least ten people sitting atound , I asked for the person I made the appointment with,only to be told she wasn't there yet. I waited 40 minutes for her to arrive. So she casually strolls in late unapologetic, and unprofessional. Didn't do what I specifically ask for and over charged me.Later for that place. :(
